Description
This easy-to-install sensor for counting people passing by is powered by two AA batteries and transmits its data wirelessly with every counting event.
The sensor is attached to the door frame above the door, preferably on the hallway side, using a double-sided adhesive pad (included).
Depending on the color of the frame, the sensor is available in a black, white or beige housing.
The information is transmitted via the EnOcean radio standard. The sensitivity and the transmission frequency of the telegrams are fixed.
The EnoSense® People Counter uses specialized technology to count people as they enter or exit rooms without the need for image recognition.
Detection width: approx. 1.0 m Detection range in front of the sensor: approx. 0.5 m Detection range behind the sensor: approx. 0.2 m Mounting height: typically 2.4 m
This video shows how the EnoSense® People Counter works. This has been attached to the outside of the frame above the door with the double-sided adhesive pad (left in the picture). On the right-hand side you will see the screen of a demo application. On the left, you can see the raw value (1 byte).
