How many receivers?
- Approximate radius of 12 m per EnoDisc, depending on the building structure.
- We are planning one gateway per floor—the limit of 32 receivers and 500 sensors per gateway is a limit, not a planning goal.
Certifications
Approval for Your Market
- CE/RED applies to all devices; additional certifications depend on the sensor.
- The variant's part number is the determining factor.
Warranty, Replacement Parts, Origin, Disposal
Five Questions, Five Answers| Is there a warranty, and how long does it last? | We do not provide a standard figure—such as five years. We determine the duration on a project-by-project basis; if you request it along with the quote, it will be included in the quote. |
| How long will replacement parts be available—will I still be able to get them in ten years? | Electronic components are subject to end-of-life, so we do not guarantee the availability of replacement parts for the entire service life of a product; instead, we handle this on a project-by-project basis. For larger systems, we agree to maintain a stock with a fixed quantity and duration. |
| Where are the devices manufactured? | The products are manufactured in Germany. The exceptions are the exware and VL 700 BASE control systems, which are manufactured by EXOR in Italy. |
| Is there an environmental declaration or EPD? | An EPD in accordance with ISO 14025 is not available for our devices. |
| How do I dispose of the sensors at the end of their useful life? | As a manufacturer, we are listed in the German Register of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), registration no. DE 51104067. At the end of their useful life, the sensors should not be disposed of with general waste; we will coordinate their return and disposal with you. Batteries must be removed beforehand and disposed of separately. |
