Sample Floor Plan

An office floor measuring 45 × 20 meters, 15 meeting rooms, 50 workstations — entirely fictional and fully equipped with sensors. Select a configuration level, tap a device, and go about your day. The result is a bill of materials with order numbers.

Fictitious example

Each meeting room measures CO2 levels, while the open-plan office measures temperature and humidity. This is sufficient to operate the ventilation system on a demand-based basis and to verify occupancy.

The trend is calculated, not measured. Supply from the number of people present, exhaust via the ventilation system, outdoor air 430 ppm. It shows the behavior in question: The large open space remains almost continuously below 600 ppm, while individual meeting rooms exceed 1,400 ppm within an hour. This is precisely why ventilation is controlled on a room-by-room basis rather than by floor. The same floor in 3D → CO2 as a key indicator →

The list corresponds to the level you selected above. It is a suggestion for this hypothetical floor, not an offer: The building's structural condition determines how many recipients your building needs.

How to Read the Plan

Three Decisions
Measurement location On the interior wall The CO2 sensors are located across from the door, not next to it and not in the path of the supply air. A sensor next to the door measures the hallway.
Recipient Offset from the axis Five EnoDisc® units, alternating above and below the central axis. Turn on the radio coverage: the circles indicate the planning radius of 12 m; they intentionally overlap.
Development Stage Budget Over Technology No one chooses between nothing and everything. Level 1 includes ventilation control, Level 2 occupancy detection, and Level 3 desk-by-desk space analysis for each desk.

Everything on this floor is fictional. The floor plan does not correspond to any real building; the values are calculated. What is real is the devices, their part numbers, their device profiles, and the rules according to which they are placed.

And now, your building

Send us a floor plan and the dimensions you need. You will receive the same layout for your floor: devices in their positions, number of receivers, parts list with order numbers.
